Shari'a Atas Bitiara — Mediation & Dispute Resolution
Free alternative dispute resolution under Islamic jurisprudence and Moro customary law, covering marriage, divorce, guardianship and property disputes. Mediation is conducted by a panel of an Islamic scholar, a traditional Moro leader and a Shari'a lawyer.
You will need: Your contact details and a short description of the matter. You do not need the other person's details — the office takes those when you come in.
Bring with you: No documents are required to start a consultation.

Islamic Marriage & Certification
Marriage solemnisation, certification, and registration of marriages not previously recorded civilly.
You will need: Both parties' full names, dates of birth and nationalities.
Bring with you: PSA birth certificate (photocopy), for both the husband and the wife; CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage Record), from the PSA; Valid ID (photocopy)

Halal Certification Assistance
Guidance and endorsement for halal certification of food establishments and products.
You will need: Your registered business name, address and the products to be certified.
Inspection and advisory usually within 5 to 10 working days

Muslim Burial Assistance
Coordination of burial arrangements, washing teams, kafan supply and transport.
You will need: The name of the deceased, date and place of death, and your relationship to them.
Bring with you: Valid ID (2 photocopies); Voter's certificate
Handled urgently — burial plot clearance is usually same-day

Scholarship & Financial Aid
Assistance with scholarship applications and educational financial aid.
You will need: Your school, course or grade level, and monthly household income.
Reviewed against the school calendar; clearances usually 2 to 5 working days

Conversion to Islam — Registration & Facilitation
Facilitation and registration of conversion to the Islamic faith.
You will need: The name, birth details and parents' names of the person converting, and their religion before conversion.
Bring with you: Birth certificate (photocopy)
